125KB)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Par arr\u00eat\u00e9 en date du 21 f\u00e9vrier 2023, le Maire du PLESSIS-GASSOT a ordonn\u00e9 l&#8217;ouverture d&#8217;une enqu\u00eate publique sur le projet de r\u00e9vision simplifi\u00e9e du Plan Local d&#8217;Urbanisme (PLU).<br \/>\nMonsieur MILLARD, ing\u00e9nieur en retraite, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 en qualit\u00e9 de commissaire enqu\u00eateur par le Pr\u00e9sident du Tribunal Administratif de Cergy Pontoise, d\u00e9cision du 16 f\u00e9vrier 2023 N\u00b0 E23000016\/95.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;enqu\u00eate se d\u00e9roulera en mairie du PLESSIS-GASSOT <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>du Lundi 22 Mai 2023 au Vendredi 23 Juin 2023<\/strong><\/span> aux jours et heures habituels d&#8217;ouverture du secr\u00e9tariat, soit :<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Mardi de 10 heures \u00e0 12 heures<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Mercredi de 15 heures \u00e0 18 heures<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Jeudi de 10 heures \u00e0 12 heures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le commissaire enqu\u00eateur recevra en mairie du PLESSIS-GASSOT, les jours suivants :<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Mercredi 24 Mai 2023 de 15heures \u00e0 18heures<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Mardi 06 Juin 2023 de 9heures \u00e0 12heures<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Vendredi 23 Juin 2023 de 9heures \u00e0 12heures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pendant la dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate, le dossier sera consultable en mairie du PLESSIS-GASSOT (sur support papier et sur un poste informatique), et sur le site internet de la mairie https:\/\/mairie-leplessisgassot.fr<\/p>\n<p>Le public pourra formuler ses observations, soit en les consignant sur le registre ouvert \u00e0 cet effet en mairie, soit en les adressant au commissaire enqu\u00eateur pendant le d\u00e9lai d\u2019enqu\u00eate, par voie postale en mairie (9 Place de la Ferme du Ch\u00e2teau 95720 LE PLESSIS-GASSOT), ou par voie \u00e9lectronique plu.leplessisgassot@laposte.net ; le commissaire enqu\u00eateur visera ces observations et les annexera audit registre.<\/p>\n<p>Toute personne pourra, \u00e0 sa demande et \u00e0 ses frais, obtenir communication du dossier d\u2019enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de la mairie.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;issue de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate, le rapport et les conclusions du commissaire enqu\u00eateur pourront \u00eatre consult\u00e9s en mairie du PLESSIS-GASSOT aux heures habituelles d&#8217;ouverture du secr\u00e9tariat pendant 1 an, et seront publi\u00e9s sur le site internet de la DDT du Val
